江西财经职业学院新校区一桩一孔超前钻探项目

江西财经职业学院新校区建设项目已经赣发改投资字〔20191088号文批准,项目总投资约198712.15万元,本项目投资约650万元。现对该项目的 4栋建筑物及3座桥梁进行一桩一孔超前钻探服务实行公开招标,具体事宜公告如下:

一、工程概况:

  1、项目名称:江西财经职业学院新校区一桩一孔超前钻探项目

  2、项目地址:九江市八里湖南区科教园区内,地块北至八里湖大道【青荷路(原修静路)至白莲路(原采菊路)之间】及蛟滩路(原截流河路);西至青荷路(原修静路)至永宁路;东至白莲路(原采菊路)及长江二桥引桥外缘30米处;南至长江二桥引桥外缘30米处。

  3、招标范围:本项目总孔数约 1209  个(预估总孔深约50744米),4栋建筑物及3座桥梁,包括行政与学术交流中心、图书馆、综合体育馆、会堂及3座景观桥一桩一孔超前钻探服务,查明每根桩端是否有 5 米厚的完整岩层作为桩端持力层,即查明持力层岩层有2d+5 米的完整岩层(d 为桩径),精心勘察、精心分析,提出资料完整、评价正确的勘察报告。

4、资金来源:由省财政解决。

三、资格条件:

1、投标人在中华人民共和国依法注册的独立法人单位;

2、须具备工程勘察综合资质甲级或工程勘察专业类(岩土工程)甲级资质;

3、拟派的项目负责人需具有注册土木工程师(岩土)证书

4、投标人近5年(201681日至今,时间以勘察报告落款时间为准完成过建筑面积5万平方米的公共建筑工程勘察业绩;

5外埠来赣勘察单位按江西省住建厅《关于省外进赣勘察设计企业实行信息告知承诺的通知》(赣建科设〔201944号)文件精神办理了“省外企业信息登记”

6、单位负责人为同一个人或者存在控股、管理、隶属关系的不同单位,不得同时参加本项目;

7、本项目不接受联合体投标。

四、投标须知

凡有意参加投标者,请于202191日至20219 21 日(北京时间)使用电子CA锁自行前往江西省公共资源交易网-“交易主体登录”-“房建及市政设计单位”身份中报名下载本项目招标文件。

    根据赣建字[2020]12号文件的通知,为落实推进全领域全流程电子化招标投标的精神,本项目采用电子化招标,因电子化招标项目版块没有勘察项目分类,所以该项目的项目分类选择了设计类,各潜在投标人在报名和下载标书之前应在江西省公共资源交易网登陆系统中添加“房建及市政设计单位”身份,添加房建及市政设计单位身份及提交企业基本信息后需公示5个工作日,请各潜在投标人自行考虑到这部分时间。
